Ponyville Birdhouse

I already wrote a critique on your other birdhouse so this is going to have quite a few bits shortened so you don't have to read two essays.

Again I like the ideas. I like this idea more though some bits of the execution seems less.

I like that you have a lot more detail with the windows. Also you did a much better job of covering the thing with an even coat of paint for the base coat.

There is trouble on the execution of the details. The paint lines are not very straight and not of uniform thickness. There isn't much advice I can offer here except just keep practicing of use masking tape for the straight lines. It helps to have a good brush and to put your hand down on something to hold it steady.

I like the windows you've included. The only thing that bothers me in them is you used the same red as on the base coat. However red is bad at covering things. This makes it look dark almost black (also I am believed to be partially colorblind so that might not help). Either trying to carefully leave out the white spaces, putting a layer of white where you will put the red or using a different color I feel would have worked better.

I feel like the door weakens the piece as a whole. It doesn't seem to fit stylistically with the rest of the piece. It also feels too small. I think you would have done better putting a window there instead.
